HRC Federal Club - St. Louis

HRC Federal Club is an extraordinary group of leaders who have pledged to contribute at least $1,200 per year to fund the critical work of the Human Rights Campaign.  Most members do this by having $100 or more per month automatically charged to their credit cards.  Members also have the option to write a check for the annual amount.  The total contribution goes directly to HRC and provides the ability to respond quickly and effectively on issues of importance to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans.

The Human Rights Campaign is America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality. By inspiring and engaging all Americans, HRC strives to end discrimination against GLBT citizens and realize a nation that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all.

HRC seeks to improve the lives of GLBT Americans by advocating for equal rights and benefits in the workplace, ensuring families are treated equally under the law and increasing public support among all Americans through innovative advocacy, education and outreach programs. HRC works to secure equal rights for GLBT individuals and families at the federal and state levels by lobbying elected officials, mobilizing grassroots supporters, educating Americans, investing strategically to elect fair-minded officials and partnering with other GLBT organizations.

Some of the powerful effects of HRC's work include accomplishments and continuing efforts on issues such as:

• Political action to give bipartisan support to fair-minded candidates at national and state levels
• Influential lobbying for legislation such as the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA)
• Federal funding for HIV/AIDS treatment and care programs
• State ballot initiatives
• Education and outreach programs

Reduced Price Tickets to Gala
The St. Louis HRC Gala Dinner has a tradition of bringing Nationally-known speakers to inform and entertain the audience while recognizing our local leaders and organizations. Based on your level of support, you will receive reduced price dinner ticket(s) for Federal Club members and guests. (Please note that tickets are not transferable.)

Listing in HRC Publications and Dinner Programs
Your name will be listed according to your level of support in our annual report. You will receive recognition in your local HRC gala dinner program book.

HRC Federal Club Lapel Pin
As a Federal Club member - and leader in the fight for equality - you will receive a special pin that recognizes you for your significant contribution.
