Thank you to everyone who attended the the 2022 HRC St. Louis Dinner Presented by Wells Fargo Advisors! We hope to see you in 2023
Dinner Ambassadors are the backbone of ensuring a successful, well-attended dinner each year. As the official recruiters and promoters for the dinner, our Dinner Ambassadors help spread the word about the work of HRC in order to encourage friends and colleagues to purchase tickets to attend the dinner. Any individual, partner/couple, company, affinity group, or charity group can serve as a Dinner Ambassador.
Most tables seat 10 guests, but Dinner Ambassadors are welcome to invite as many guests as they would like!
NOTE: Dinner Ambassadors are NOT financially obligated to pre-purchase seats and there is NO penalty for not filling the table - just try your best!
Our sponsors are critical to the success of our dinner. The commitment by individuals and corporations who support equality helps our local organization grow and advocate for issues that impact our community.
As a corporate sponsor of our dinner, your company can stand on the right side of history and reach our engaged and passionate audience of LGBTQ+ people and our allies while positioning your brand in a positive and enhancing way.

As the largest LBGTQ+ Civil Rights Organization, HRC represents over 3.1 million members and supporters with an online reach of 10 million. Your auction donation will not only help HRC move closer to equality for all Americans, but will also give you access to valuable marketing opportunities. We are excited to feature our auction donors on our online bidding software and event website, which will be marketed to all of these supporters and members.
HRC worked hard to turn out the vote for pro-equality candidates in 2020 and we know the LGBTQ+ community played a key role in the historic election of the most pro-equality Presidential Administration in history. But we know the fight is far from over. Donations to the auction are crucial to ensuring equal rights for the LGBTQ+ community. Funds raised will support HRC’s initiatives and programs, including electing fair-minded candidates in the upcoming election and beyond, and continuing the fight for equality in all 50 states and around the world.

Policy on Covid-19 Vaccine Requirements to attend in-person indoor events produced by the Human Rights Campaign:
The Human Rights Campaign and Human Rights Campaign Foundation require all guests attending in-person indoor events produced by the organization to be fully vaccinated in order to attend. The CDC defines fully vaccinated as:
● 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
● 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
Proof of full vaccination, by showing a vaccine card, clear photo of the card or vaccine passport app will be accepted, and will be required for entrance to any HRC event, along with a picture ID. Those who are not fully vaccinated will not be admitted to HRC events.
Additionally, HRC encourages attendees to wear masks when not eating or drinking or when six feet of social distance cannot be maintained.
As the Covid-19 public health emergency is an ever-evolving situation, HRC reserves the right to add, adjust and institute further attendance requirements as deemed necessary right up until the event begins. HRC will communicate any material changes to our policy, as we continue to monitor the CDC, state and local guidelines.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that HRC expects all participants at HRC events to comply with CDC, state and local COVID-related guidelines, rules and requirements, which continue to evolve, that you are attending at your own risk and that you release HRC, its officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns from any liability related to COVID-19 which might occur as a result of your attendance
If you have questions regarding this, please contact alex.kreger@hrc.org ahead of the event.
